The Rolling Stones team up with AC Milan for a capsule collection

Italian soccer giants AC Milan have announced a new collaboration with rolling stonesfresh from their show last night (21) on the SIXTY round at the club’s famous home, the San Siro stadium. The AC Milan x The Rolling Stones capsule collection offers a series of exclusive pieces.

The collection is now available in all AC Milan stores and via the Stones official online store. It consists of five pieces, including two t-shirts, a hoodie, a canvas bag and a sports bag. Each of the pieces features the band’s world famous and endlessly versatile ‘tongue’ logo, newly redesigned in red and black fused with AC Milan’s famous Rossoneri colors to create a unique branded piece. The shirts also feature the text “Sympathy for the Devil”. This acknowledgment of one of the Stones’ most enduring songs has particular relevance for the club as it references the Devil, a symbol of AC Milan.

The collaboration was brought together by Universal Music Group’s brand management division, Bravado, and combines the worlds of football and music, both of which thrive on the pure passion of their fans and emotional attachment to the clubs and groups. The collection further extends AC Milan’s growth off the pitch and the brand’s involvement in the worlds of fashion and entertainment.

The Stones concert in Milan, in front of nearly 60,000 spectators, was a resounding success, dubbed a “masterpiece concert” by The show featured all of the band’s regular classics, with “Dead Flowers” added to the setlist again and the continued inclusion of their 1966 Consequences track from the album “Out Of Time”, which the group performs for the first time during this tour. The SIXTY The tour now returns home for the first of two Stones shows on Saturday (25) at Hyde Park in London. The second is July 3.
